The first project you make at The Game Assembly is an endless runner style of game,
The game is very similar to Subway Surfer, and lets the player choose between three different lanes and dodge objects by jumping or sliding.

On this project I worked on the movement mechanic for the game and handling of collisions.
I also took part in instructing team members who where inexperienced in Unity as I had previous experience with it.
I solved technical performance issues and spent time optimizing it as well as I could. Looking back now 1.5+ years later, there were many obvious fixes that we missed to improve the performance by a lot.
